It has been a little over a week since I handed the manuscript to my readers, and the quiet after that push has felt… different.

I am nervous and excited. I want this to be something the entire scene is proud of because this memoir isn’t about me, or even OFNR.

Not really. It’s about the scene, here in CT and beyond.

It’s crazy to think how many shows, events and bands are in these pages and it’s really awesome to see it all in one place. To know someone else is reading what I wrote, what I captured.

And in the middle of all that, something else showed up this week that made everything feel even more real.

We got in our test hoodies and I could not have been happier. They look and feel awesome. Not so sure how many of these bad boys I’m going to make… probably something really exclusive for the show.

The bands are all but locked in for OFNR 20. January we’ll start rolling out more info.

It’s coming together, and it’s going to be the perfect place to celebrate this book and the scene. Twenty years together.
