OFNR 20 is a celebration of twenty years of community, music, and the local scene that grew around OFNR. What began on September 30, 2006 as a small independent internet radio station became a platform that supported countless bands, artists, venues, and friendships throughout Connecticut and beyond. This event brings that history together for one special night, honoring the past while celebrating the people who helped make it possible.
Join us for an evening featuring five bands from Connecticut and New Jersey, each representing a different chapter of OFNR’s story. In addition to a night of live music, attendees will have the opportunity to celebrate the release of Living The Scene, a new book documenting the people, memories, and experiences that shaped this community over the years. Admission is $10, this is a 21+ event, and a cash bar will be available. Whether you were there from the beginning or are discovering the story for the first time, OFNR 20 is a chance to reconnect, reminisce, and celebrate two decades of independent music and the scene that made it all possible.
