After reading Living the Scene, I want to thank Bob Marino, not just as a musician, but as a friend and brother. Over the past 17 years, I’ve experienced some severe highs and lows, especially in the last six. Reading this book reminded me that through it all, it was worth it.

I hope everyone in the Connecticut metal scene, and their loved ones, reads Living the Scene and comes away with the same feeling of self-worth that I did.
